I turned for help to Kerry with a sinus problem after the medical profession failed me. For over 6 years I was struggling with sinus issues. It all started after a cold, and the blocked nose never went away. For years, I was reliant on nose sprays in order to breathe. Having never had a sinus or breathing problem before I was looking for a cause of the issue, not just a treatment that will help me to manage symptoms and become chronically ill and dependent on medicine for the rest of my life. Deep inside I knew that our bodies are amazing creations and if taken care of in the right way they can fully heal. Kerry looked at my health issues in the most holistic way you will ever experience. She diagnosed my condition and what was causing it in the first session then we followed the treatment plan that was personalised to me. This allowed the underlying conditions to heal first before the presenting symptom (sinus) heals. The best way I found to explain this is "in the car when there is smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe (my sinus) the cause of the issue is often much deeper in the engine of the car (digestive system, hormonal balance, micro-organisms, internal organ inflammations, etc (and sometime even our unhealthy habits and believes). I learnt that our body is much more complex than traditional medicine currently appreciates. Throughout the healing process Kerry supported me every step along the way guiding and explaining what my body was doing. Kerry's energy allowed my body to enter into the healing mode and Kerry provided all the guidance on how to best support my body in this process. Those guidance included a variety of protocols on eating, meditation, morning and evening routines, how to change habits, how to be kind to myself, how to love myself more, how to listen to my body and more. It may sound like a lot but it was not all at once! Kerry broke it down for me and told me what to do when and provided a useful checklist for each healing stage to make sure that I know what to do. Whoa! Something big is shifting for/in/with me. I've been feeling really happy, centered, empowered, and overall content. Since you taught me to yawn my energies out of my body, I never ever get sick. Ever! It just disappears. I worked with Kerry after years of crippling Lyme Disease had gotten so bad I was in real deep pain, and I have ALS, I don't need more pain! I. had worked with shamans before but they just couldn't 'get rid of it for me. Kerry did. She is the bug zapping queen and I'd highly recommend her for things like Lyme or other infections. They just seem to respond to her like no one else. To be free of that isolating back pain!
