My approach is multi-dimensional and uniquely personalised, guiding you through toxic, old or even ancient limitation, negative thinking patterns and habitual behaviours to reconnect you to the innate capabilities you hold within you; your very own Wisdom Within, and to find deep healing across health, relationships, career, and finances.

Emotional Intelligence 101
At the heart of conscious creation is the awareness of our emotional bodies. Emotional intelligence is central to this journey. We all carry limiting beliefs formed during childhood. Left unexamined, these beliefs not only affect our physical & mental health, relationships, career, and finances, they create our perceptions of the world, people, experiences and situations. They literally control every aspect of our lives.
The goal is to increase self-awareness, elevate self-worth, and recognize your potential as a conscious creator. With emotional intelligence, you’ll become attuned to your inner needs, values, and goals, enabling you to make empowered choices from the enriched aware adult self, rather than the wounded, taught, trained or conditioned self.

- Full Wellbeing Coaching Programs
For those committed to a complete transformation. We’ll go in-depth to reach your unique goals and elevate your wellbeing.
Investment: Prices start at £1995 for 3 months, with 6, 12 and 12+ month programmes available too.
Location: Online via Zoom - One-Off Sessions
Perfect for those needing insight or support with a specific issue. Sessions last up to two hours, offering clarity and deep healing.
Investment: £250 per session.
Location: Online via Zoom (or in-person by arrangement). - Immersive Experiences (In-Person)
Soon, I’ll be launching a dedicated wellness space in Scotland for face-to-face sessions. Alternatively, we can arrange private wellness days or weekends at a location of our choosing.

After quite a while of being riddled with anxiety regarding trying to have a baby, I found Kerry. She worked with me to overcome more than I could put into words.
We worked through feelings of being alone, fear of living in my home and not being able to take care of it or make it my own, fear of having the baby I very much wished for, not to mention the fact that I have been a people pleaser my entire life and much more. Whoa! Something big is shifting for/in/with me. I've been feeling really happy, centered, empowered, and overall content. In fact I'd go so far to say that I've been feeling like something big is coming, big and good, but I can't quite tell what it is only that I felt a profound shift in things, hard to explain, but very powerful, for the best.
On top my lab results are finally more or less clear, only 1 pathogen left to fight the good fight with and in getting to know of my emotional triggers I totally comprehend where my flares and physical manifestations come from now, meaning my health is finally in my own hands.
