The Wonderful Effects of Grounding into Mother Earth

I LOVE grounding, it is one of my most favourite, healthiest things to do. Why? Because it connects me more deeply with presence, with Mother Nature, with Earth and with myself.
We are all creations of Mother Nature, we all share the same physiological imprints and minerals with Earth, we resonate at similar frequencies and vibrate negative ions that enrich the value of health and wellness and life itself. And the best part is that anyone can do this and benefit greatly from it. We are of Earth, there's no need for any ritual or technique as this is not truly a spiritual practise only, many health professionals profess the health benefits of getting out into nature, taking socks and shoes off and grounding deeply into Earth.

And so how do you it?

Just like that, it really is that simple, get out into nature, take your socks and shoes off and walk barefoot across the ground, the Earth and Mother Nature herself, soak up those negative ions and resonate more deeply and purely with yourself.
There is no more or less to it. You can eat your breakfast outside on the land, meditate sat down, lie down and soak up vitamin D and collagen boosting sunshine, run barefoot, walk barefoot, hug a tree, go for a swim in a lake, there really is no right or wrong way, if it is nature, it is grounding, it is healthy and it maintains balance. 

How grounding affects the body

Grounding has been proven to alleviate stress, toxic overload, to detox at a cellular level, to stimulate stem cell growth and to soothe the central nervous system.
So what are you waiting for? Make this magical ritual a daily task.
Relax. Breath. Heal. Cure. Repair.
