What is Earthing / Grounding?

Grounding is far more than taking a relaxing walk or coming down from heightened emotional states by connecting back to the environment around you. When used as a daily practise, or as a regular tool in your practise, Grounding is a coming home really, in one of the best ways we can in our form like state. Home in its truest sense is back to true and pure Awareness. The end of the journey in physical form taking us back to the Oneness of all things. One of the closest ways to reach that energy in our physical form is to Ground deeply into the Earth that created us, that we grew from and through and that is what Grounding truly means and does for us. It takes us, quite literally, back to our roots through the source materials within Earth that we hold within the genetic structures and walls of our own cells and it enlivens and regenerates, boosts and cleanses, heals and recovers us.

About this healing

'Earth's Frequency | Rocking With Gaia Herself' combines the Schummann frequency with the frequency of Pure Love and the   God frequency in one Portal for deep, cathartic and all consuming healing. 

Schumann Frequency - for regenerative, restorative physical repair and recovery. The Schumann Frequency matches that of Earth's heartbeat and therefore with the heartbeat of our own existence. The heart is the blood flow of life itself and so you can imagine just how purifying and restorative this energy is, in its purest form at least. For the sake of not causing deep cathartic purification or detox symptoms this is a lesser concentrated form of the essence of life itself.

The Frequency of Pure Love - essentially the energy that we were all created from and within, and therefore the very nature of our physical and spiritual cellular, molecular and neural health. This brings deep restorative healing energies into the entire being, yet with a centred focus on the heart and lungs which then purges and purifies grief and rage like emotions from the Soul space. 

The God Frequency - the frequency of Pure and True Awareness, as I call it. The Father energy that created you, me, Earth and all upon her and therefore the purest form of 'Earth' energy there is. Grounding with this energy in the energetic pot will feel relaxing, soothing, nourishing and really rather dreamy, as it will invigorate and awaken both the pineal and the pituitary glands for deep awakening or dream like states. Please note that working with this energy over a prolonged period of time could cause awakenings that you are not prepared for. If this is not something you wish to experience, do not use this healing portal for more than 3-5 times over the course of 2-3 weeks. This will ensure a deep cathartic restorative process rather than any kind of unwanted or unwelcome deep awakening. 

Contraindications

There really are none, bar the possibility of awakenings taking shape within you as outlined above.

The only other point to note that this is a very dream inducing energy, with the combination of 3 incredibly powerful, all encompassing energies in one portal. Please never use whilst driving, operating machinery or doing anything at all that requires anything less than the utmost of your fullest attention.

The best times to work with this energy would be when you are quiet, still, at home with nowhere to go for a while or, if work is very stressful, on your lunch break when nothing requires your time or attention for at least 2 full hours following treatment. This will simply ensure that you are fully awake and back in your body before progressing with the duties or chores of the day that may require you to be a little more 'with it', shall we say. 

To Use

Simply lie back, sit back, get into your preferred meditative position, press play on the video and allow the healing energies to wash over you as Gaia picks you up, hugs you, soothes and nourishes you.

The music is a part of the healing process too and so please pop some headphones in if you are not alone and enjoy the blissful notes as they too wash over and you taking you to the space between thought, reaction or even words and feel as Earth's Frequency gently and reassuringly calms and reinvigorates you. 

You can use this anytime really, at home, before bed, before dinner, throughout the day at work if stress, overwhelm, anxiousness or even a touch of anger management is an issue.

Or you can use this for nothing more than blissful energetic and tonal relaxation allowing the energies to envelop you fully as you drift off into Earth's core with them.
