Please read the Terms & Conditions, eSigning below to state you have read carefully and fully understand what is expected from both you and myself during our time together.

Part 1: Terms and Conditions

1. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the practitioner if I, in anyway become uncomfortable.
   
   
2. I understand the practitioner is not a doctor and will not medically diagnose nor prescribe treatment.
   
   
3. I understand that any information I impart is to be kept totally confidential.
   
   
4. I understand all payments are to be made in full and upfront at least 1 week in advance of our first session commencing.
   
   
5. I understand that if I arrive 15 minutes or more late for my scheduled appointment without pre-informing Wisdom Within, that the appointment may not go ahead and a rescheduled time will be arranged.
   
   
6. I understand that no work will be carried out on any scans or agreed work by Wisdom Within until my signed intake forms and agreed payment have been received and any delay in this may result in my first appointment being rescheduled.
   
   
7. I understand that my healing is in my own hands and whilst the length of programme is very flexible, if Iam the cause of delays through not participating fully or not working through my treatments at home, for eg, that further payment may be required to account for the delay I am causing.
   
   
8. I have read and understand the Practise / Treatment Guidelines provided by Kerry Fyans and accept treatment under these terms.

Part 2: Client Agreement Service Disclaimer

I understand and have been advised of the following:

• The intensity of previously vivid or traumatic memories may diminish. While this is considered a benefit,this reaction may adversely impact your ability to provide compelling legal testimony regarding a traumatic incident.
  
  
• Reactions may surface during a session that you do not anticipate, including strong emotional or physical sensations or additional unresolved memories.
  
  
• Emotional material may continue to surface after a session and give indication of other incidents that need to be addressed.
  
  
• For the purpose of Wisdom Within’s own marketing / or teaching, disguised case studies may be shared on marketing channels and my website.
  
  
• I understand that Energy Healing to this level can cause fatigue, dizziness, cramping and so on, as laid out in Wisdom Within’s Practise Guidelines and as such know it is my full responsibility to ensure I do not drive or operate machinery or do anything that pushes my limits when feeling like this. I know rest and relaxation is at the core of work to this level and agree to take care of myself regardless of work or other commitments.
• Wisdom Within makes no promises around what can be felt in the body or how other forms of treatment or medical care are going. We are working holistically and not medically and all concerns of a medical nature are better sourced via your GP / MD / consultant.

• That Wisdom Within is not acting as a licensed medical practitioner and will not be medically diagnosing or claiming to have cured outright any illnesses or diseases and that tests from diagnostic tools and your medical practitioner would be best sought for that confirmation.  
  
  
• Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to full release and hold harmless Wisdom Within from and against any and all claims or liability whatsoever of any kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my treatment and sessions.
  
  
• I have thoroughly considered all of the above and have obtained whatever additional input and/or professional advice I deem necessary or appropriate to make an informed decision before commencing sessions utilising the modalities offered by Wisdom Within and Kerry Fyans.
  
  

Part 3: Ways to Pay

All payments are requested in full and upfront at least one week in advance our initial treatment / session appointment. Any payments not made in advance will result in the appointment time being rescheduled. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

International clients

Stripe

In most cases this will be the preferred payment method. A simple payment link will be sent to you via email making it easy and streamlined. 

PayPal

You can also pay via PayPal however all PayPal payments must be made via the Friends & Family option. All payments not sent through Friends & Family will be refunded with payment re-requested. Please make payments to [email protected]

Barclays Bank

If Stripe and PayPal are not an option, you can use my UK bank details, however please note there will be an extra charge for International Banking fees. Please ask before making payment this way. Thank you.
